If you're a "Boater" and a "Lake Person," you already know about Norris Lake. And maybe you've been thinking about having a house of your own or "creating Investment Property" at Norris Lake. One thing for sure, property around Norris Lake is sought after.

But what are you looking for? We have wooded building lots ranging from 1 to 1 1/2 acres and here are a few key points about our properties:

  1. From I-75, our lots are just 5.7 miles from the Interstate. So you don't have to take a huge drive through winding roads to get to your property.
  2. Lake Front Property is really expensive, so what's the next best thing? Our building sites are about a 6 minute walk to Whitman Hollow Marina and by golf cart or "gator," about a 3 minute ride to the Marina.
  3. Whitman Hollow Marina has large individual boat slips available for your boat and nearby there are convenient secured storage buildings if you should require one. Lot prices are $50,000 (appraised this past season at $80,000 plus) and we do have ONE (1) wooded 2 acre lakefront property (WALKABLE to lake) available as well, priced at $199,000.

    Until February, we are holding the prices of these lots (except the Lake Front property) at $50,000. Take advantage of the off season and get a rare find. There are only so many lakefront properties at Norris Lake and there are only so many building sites within walking distance to a marina as well.
